"SABA de SHU" is a blend of our sake and is made to be enjoyed with mackerel.

This sake is made of our sake blend after analyzing combinations and perfecting it through trial and error. Filled with acids and amino acids, we have substantial proof that drinking this sake while paired with mackerel will greatly enhance the mackerel’s umami content and take away the smell of fish.
